Our Story
This culinary journey began in 1987 with Kabob and Curry on Thayer Street in Providence. What started as a humble endeavor has grown into a thriving group of restaurants, each renowned for its artisanal cuisine that reflects the diverse and vibrant flavors of India.
Following the success of Kabob and Curry, the Dhars introduced Rasoi in Pawtucket and Rasa in East Greenwich, each offering a distinctive approach to Indian dining. Their most recent addition, Chaska, located in Cranston's Garden City Center, has captivated diners with its creative menu and stylish, forward-thinking design. Together, these restaurants represent the heart of Indian cuisine in Rhode Island, bringing exceptional dining experiences to the community.
